Notes
Pre- & Post-Tour Accommodation & Airport Transfers
Airport transfers are included for scheduled group arrivals and departures and will be arranged in up to two time-based groups based on confirmed flight schedules. Transfers outside these designated times, including early morning or late-night flights, may be arranged at an additional cost.
Pre- or post-tour accommodation and airport transfers are not included. Individual arrangements for accommodation and airport transfers are available upon request at an additional cost.
Tour Capacity
Limited to a maximum of 18 guests, each journey is accompanied by a member of the Me Time Japan Travel team. Created especially for Trip With Rie, this is a special way to experience Japan with Me Time Japan—offering meaningful encounters, local experiences, and a closer look at the people and places that make Japan unique.
Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be applied per person based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice.
- At registration: A $420 non-refundable deposit per person is required.
- February 21, 2027 (90 days before departure): The remaining balance is due.
- February 22, 2027 onward (89 days or fewer before departure): 100% of the trip price is non-refundable.
