Our travel focuses on “me time,” “mindfulness,” and “mindful eating,” all of which incorporate traditional and modern approaches. We hope to explore the numerous opportunities we encounter every day to pause momentarily and immerse ourselves in a more enriched adventure, and learn to truly be present.

“Me time” is all about feeling good and being fully present with yourself. It’s about recharging and savoring the moments. Whether single or married, research indicates that people worldwide, including the Japanese, value the concept of “me time.” We firmly believe that “me time” is not just a luxury but a necessity that can greatly benefit your life.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying complete, nonjudgmental attention to our moment-to-moment experiences.

Mindful eating involves being fully present with the food before you, focusing on that moment, and delving into self-reflection. This practice fosters a healthy and joyful relationship with food, rooted in the ancient Buddhist tradition of mindfulness, dating back 2,600 years. Regardless of age or circumstances, we all must eat and drink, providing us with at least three daily opportunities to integrate the power of mindfulness into our lives.
